Ora Medical Spa is a medical spa and wellness studio at 4400 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503. You can reach us on 850-501-3350 or at Info@oramedicalspa.com.

These terms apply to your use of oramedicalspa.com and to treatments booked through it. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Two companion documents sit alongside these terms and form part of them: our cancellation policy and our privacy policy.

Everything on this site — treatment descriptions, concern pages, the quiz, the answers to common questions — is general information. It is written to help you understand what we offer and arrive at a consultation with better questions.

It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for being seen by a qualified provider. Nothing here creates a provider-patient relationship. Do not delay seeking medical care, or stop a treatment a doctor has prescribed, because of something you read on this site. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Aesthetic treatments behave differently on different people. Skin type, age, health, medication, hormones, sun exposure, aftercare and how closely you follow it all change the outcome. Two people can have the same treatment and see different things.

Before and after photographs on this site show real clients and are shared with their permission, but they illustrate one person’s result, not a promise of yours. Where we describe what a treatment may do, we mean exactly that — may. We do not guarantee any particular result, number of sessions, or length of time a result will last.

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not treat anyone under 18.

Every treatment plan starts with a consultation. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided there by your provider, not by a booking form and not by the quiz on this site. We may decline or modify a treatment if it would not be safe or appropriate — for example around pregnancy or breastfeeding, certain medications, active infection, recent sun exposure or particular medical conditions.

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your health, medications, allergies and previous treatments, and to tell us if anything changes between visits. We rely on what you tell us to keep you safe. You also agree to follow the pre-treatment and aftercare instructions you are given.

You will be asked to read and sign a separate consent form for your treatment. That form governs the treatment itself; these terms govern the site and the booking around it.

Appointments are booked through our scheduling page, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us, and it is held for you from that moment.

We do not publish treatment prices on this site. Pricing depends on what you actually need, so it is confirmed at your consultation and before any treatment begins — you will never be treated without knowing the cost first. The only exception is our two first-visit offers, whose prices are shown on the offers page.

Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Some bookings require a deposit. For instalment options, see payment plans; any such arrangement is subject to the terms of the provider offering it.

Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and missed appointments are covered in full by our cancellation policy. In short: we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Treatments and packages are personal to you. They are non-transferable and, because a service has been performed, they are not refundable once delivered. If you are unhappy with a result, tell us — we would rather see you and talk it through than have you say nothing.

Our first-visit offers are introductory prices, and they come with plain conditions:

• New clients only — one visit per person, for people who have not been treated at Ora before.
• One offer per person. Taking one introductory offer means the other is no longer available to you.
• Subject to availability, and to the times we are able to release at that price.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, package, promotion or gift card unless we say so in writing.
• No cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a different treatment, and they are not transferable.
• Subject to suitability — if a consultation shows the treatment is not right for you, we will say so and suggest an alternative at standard pricing.
• We may change or withdraw an offer at any time. A booking already confirmed at an offer price is honored.

How an offer is affected if you reschedule or miss the appointment is set out in the cancellation policy.

We take clinical before and after photographs as part of normal practice — they are how your provider tracks progress between sessions. These are kept in your clinical record.

A clinical photograph is only published — on this site, in the gallery, or on social media — if you have given separate, specific, written permission for that use. Consenting to clinical photography is not consenting to publication, and declining either one does not affect your treatment in any way.

You can withdraw permission to publish at any time by writing to Info@oramedicalspa.com. We will remove the images from anywhere we control, as quickly as we can. We cannot always recall material that has already been shared or reposted by other people.

Please do not photograph or record other clients or staff inside the studio.

The text, design, layout, photographs, video, graphics and logos on this site belong to Ora Medical Spa or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read the site, and share a link to it. You may not copy, republish, resell or adapt its content, use our photographs or client images, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Nothing on this site transfers any right in it to you.

When you use this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for anything unlawful, or in any way that could damage it or interfere with someone else's use of it.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or make a booking you do not intend to keep.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or database you are not meant to reach.
• Scrape, harvest or mass-download content, or use automated tools against the site or its forms.
• Upload anything harmful, or send abusive, misleading or defamatory content through our forms.

We may refuse service, cancel a booking or restrict access to the site if these terms are broken, or if staff or other clients are treated abusively.

Some parts of this site hand you over to someone else. Booking runs on Acuity Scheduling. Maps, social profiles and any payment or instalment provider are likewise operated by third parties.

Once you are on one of those services, their terms and their privacy policy apply, not ours. We choose the services we use carefully, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links to other sites are not an endorsement.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Treatment descriptions, availability and details can change, and we may update or remove content at any time without notice. If something on the site looks wrong, please tell us.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Ora Medical Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information published on it, or from any third-party service linked from it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and nothing here limits the professional responsibility we owe you for care delivered in the studio. This section is about the website; your treatment is governed by your consent form and by the standard of care Florida requires of us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of this site, will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
